Warranty Conditions
All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise. For the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product(s) upon delivery. If you see any damage on the product(s), keep a record and do not take the product(s). Changes to the product(s), deformation of the product(s) or deterioration of the original design of the product(s) are not covered by the warranty.
Return Conditions
If the product(s) you purchased through our site is/are faulty, you must contact our online support section within 7 days after the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product(s) you send back to us will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product(s) have been damaged or used by the consumer within 7 days, the product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping fee belongs to the customer (International sales only). If the orders created within the scope of free shipping for international orders are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the €150/$170 condition, the shipping fee is deducted from the product price to be returned.
