Poppy Field Satin Silk Scarf

A square scarf in saten silk, digitally printed with Vincent van Gogh’s serene painting – Poppy Field.

Van Gogh, who still inspires the style of art today, painted rural landscapes around Arles. Between 1886 and 1890, he completed seven paintings with poppy flowers. Vincent, who claimed to have given his all to the endless and delicate flats that stretch out on the field, painted the blooming poppy flowers with a wavy rhythm in May and June. The domineering and overwhelming weight of the sky is the symbol of the unrest in Vincent's last years.
